By purchasing artwork from David Roman Art, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Artwork Information
Every effort is made to accurately represent artworks through photography and description.
Please note that colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens and devices.
Dimensions and materials are listed on each artwork page.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
David Roman Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in the event of pricing errors, payment issues, or artwork availability conflicts.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may change without notice.
The price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Shipping
United Kingdom
Shipping is included in the purchase price for original artworks and prints delivered within the United Kingdom.
International Orders
International shipping costs are not included unless otherwise stated.
After purchase, an additional shipping invoice may be issued based on the destination country, artwork size, insurance requirements, and courier costs.
Artwork will be dispatched once all shipping charges have been paid.
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
These charges are not controlled by David Roman Art and cannot be estimated in advance.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
David Roman Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Damaged Artwork
Please inspect your artwork promptly upon delivery.
If an artwork arrives damaged, you must contact the studio within 10 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the artwork
- Photographs of the packaging
- Details of the damage
Failure to notify the studio within 10 days may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of original artwork, limited editions, and made-to-order products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
If there is an issue with your order, including damage during transit, please contact the studio within 10 days of delivery and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, text, and content remain the intellectual property of David Roman unless otherwise stated.
The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Artwork may not be reproduced, distributed, published, or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, David Roman Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of artwork.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
